The Ministry of Health through the Zambia National Public Health Institute has received financing from the Ministry of Finance towards the cost of provision of Rental Services for Office Space and it intends to apply the proceeds of this financing to payments under this Contract.
The Ministry now invites property owners to submit sealed bids for the provision of rental services of office space for Ministry of Health (ZNPHI).
Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and is open to you as defined in these Bidding Documents, that meet the minimum requirements as provided in this solicitation document.
You may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given belowfrom the Procurement & Supplies Unit (PSU),Ministry of Health, Haile Selassie Avenue, Long Acres, Ndeke House Ground Floor, Lusaka, from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 daily. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K500.00 or its equivalent in any convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or bank certified cheque.
Sealed Bids appropriately bound and labeled must be delivered in the Tender Box at the Ministry of Health, Haile Salassie Avenue, Long Acres, Ndeke House Ground Floor, Lusaka on or before Wednesday 8th June, 2022 at 10:30 hours local time.
The bids shall be opened immediately thereafter in the conference room at the Ministry of Health, Ndeke House Ground Floor, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address above at 10:30hours on Wednesday 8th June, 2022. LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Your Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as per sample form provided in the solicitation document.
